There are places in Buenos Aires where a very big part of the trucks pass by or stop.

You could go to the road that goes around Retiro (or Puerto Madero area). On the other side of the park, in front of the train station, there is a crowded intersection. Trucks leave from there to all directions. Or in Mercado Central. Most trucks from there go north, since fruits come from the north.
