Arriving from Warsaw direction the best is to follow TIR's beltway (ring road). They turn left before Białystok city limit, pass Auchan supermarket then follow Suwałki direction.
 
While on the road to Suwałki go on until you pass  Supraśl river and some approximately 3 km further you will find yourself in Jurowce.

Hitching out

North towards Suwałki, Agustow (E67 Via Baltica)
