Ben Gurion is the international airport of Israel. Security measures are reasonably intense, so make sure you don't look like you're doing weird things. Fortunately hitchhiking is very common in Israel, so you don't have to worry too much.

Hitching Out

There is only one entrance/exit, and it doesn't seem a good place to hitchhike. Better stick to the terminals. Try at the taxi/pick up/drop off road in front of terminals. Make sure you have a sign (probably better in the Latin script) with your destination. It took guaka 4 minutes to find a ride with some Americans from Boston.
