Bartoszyce is a city in Poland. Only several kilometres from the Bagrationovsk-Bezledy border crossing, it is a transit point when going to or from Russia's Kaliningrad Oblast.

At the southern end of Bartoszyce, there is no place for a car to pull over at the side of the road. It may be worthwhile just to walk 2–3 km out of the city, past the villages of Połcze and Plęsy, in order to reach a roundabout where cars are going slowly and there is sufficient space to stop.
