Find a taxi or a snap to the "Haft Bagh square", right south east of Kerman. Is a huge roundabout on the exit of the city. From there you can easily find a car going to Mahan. In that case, get out of the car on the main road without entering in Mahan and continue hitchhiking south. Lots of cars (and trucks) going to Bam, Jiroft or even Bandar Abbas. As usual, your best friend will be the oil trucks.
