Thanks for the message ..as you may know CS deleted their Wiki .. So I had to decide where to put new info .. I decided on Hitchwiki as it is the one I use and also the new http://couchwiki.org/ which someone has created.
In light of your policy on not being comprehensive on BUDGET accommodation I will retrieve the info from past edits and post it in couchwiki. The thing is my own policy is that all the information for Backpackers should be in one place so I will change around I will stop putting updates into Hitchwiki and rather put them on Couchwiki. My attempt is not to list all accommodation, but rather list accommodation for hitch-hikers & backpackers when it is difficult for them to find it , as guidebooks like Lonely Planet are now focussed on more expensive options. What I call it on my website is "Accommodation not in guidebook".
