If you are at the University of Twente, try this: Go to the entry of the University, go walk the "Auke Vleerstraat" straightforward for around one kilometer until the second roundabout (crossing two traffic circles, two bridges). After the second bridge you'll find traffic lights. Directly behind these traffic lights is a bus bay where you can stand perfectly to show all coming one with cars that you need a lift up on to the A35 to the east (Gronau ([[Germany]]it) or to and hitchhike just behind it at the west to [[Hengelo]] (motorway A1)information bay. Only problem is that you need a direct lift onto Great spot for into the motorwayNetherlands, as before the approach road towards Germany, within Enschede or Haaksbergen, though waiting times can differ significantly during the motorway is nearly impossible to hitchday.
