Currently the best option seems to be this:
*Take a train somehow towards ''Oberhausen-Sterkrade''. From there take the bus #979 to the ''Heinrich-Heine-StrasseStraße'' in [[Bottrop]]. From there you'll see the highway, just walk towards it.
