To get out of the city (direction Minsk), take bus no. 4 to the main road to Minsk and get off at one of the stations that are on this road. There are probably some locals hitchhiking there already. Mogilev, Magilov, магылеу, or anything sounding like that, is a city in Belarus with 367.778 inhabitants.
