De Bilt is a small town in the Netherlands in the province of Utrecht.

North, South
Your best bet is probably to take a bus to Utrecht and try from there.
Another spot is an on-ramp on the A27 near the Veemarkthallen. Take bus #77 to Utrecht and get out at the first stop after the viaduct and the petrolstation (Sartreweg) and walk back to the spot visible on the map on the right.
