Ramallah

Ramallah is a city in the West Bank, it is governed by the Palestinian Territory.

It's fairly easy to hitch out towards the North. Just start walking along the main road north, whenever you find a fairly okay spot you stick out your thumb. And if no one stops after 10 minutes you continue walking till the next possible spot.
